Blepharoplasty, laser skin resurfacing, and fractional laser treatments can all be used for patients seeking a younger, more appealing look. DR. EMILIO JUSTO: From a cosmetic and plastic surgery perspective, we offer the following. I was one of the first surgeons in metro Phoenix to use the carbon dioxide laser, beginning in 1997. I used the CO2 laser to perform eyelid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty, as well as laser skin resurfacing, including fractional laser treatments. Many of my upper eyelid surgery patients have their procedure done for functional reasons under insurance coverage, to improve peripheral vision, as well as to decrease visual fatigue.
