Upper Eyelid Surgery: Case 7
Description
This 78 year old male from Waddell, Arizona was complaining of excessive tearing and discomfort from his lower eyelid and eyelashes rubbing on his eye. As he had aged, the lower eyelid skin had folded inward and was causing him serious discomfort and posed a risk for infection. Dr. Justo discussed surgical options and they decided that an Entropion Repair of both eyes with Canthoplasty of the right lower eyelid to correct excessive drooping on the outer corner of the eye. The patient has recovered from the procedure exceedingly well and is thrilled with his appearance.
