Our Doctors
Get to know our Founder & Medical Director Emilio M. Justo, M.D., and our Assistant Directors of Optometry, Dr. Daniel Valdes and Dr. Mark Yates. Dr. Justo founded our practice in 1989 and has been providing high-quality care to patients for three decades. We welcome you to the Arizona Eye Institute family, where you will get all of the time you need with our highly skilled and caring providers.
Administrative Team
Our administrative staff keeps our office running smoothly. We have several dedicated individuals who run our departments and take care of the business side of our practice. It is their devotion to our patients' well-being that allows us to provide an excellent level of care.
Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional
Our certified permanent cosmetic professional, Stephanie, has been with our practice for more than 20 years. She does cosmetic consulting, assists in ophthalmic procedures, and is a member of many permanent makeup associations. She is a valued member of our team that we hope you get to meet.
Cosmetic Consultants
Our talented cosmetic consultants can help you define a new look and teach you how to achieve it. We focus on helping our patients feel beautiful by highlighting their best assets. Our team of professionals looks forward to providing you with the highest level of care.
Front Office Team
Our front office team always greets our patients in a warm and friendly manner, and they want everyone to feel comfortable when they come to see us. We strive to keep everyone's appointments on-time. Each member of our front office staff holds the title of Certified Patient Services Specialist.
Nursing Team
Our nursing team is made up of compassionate and experienced individuals who really enjoy providing care for patients. Without our experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly nurses, we couldn't provide the stellar care that is a core foundation of our practice.
Ophthalmic Technicians
Our team of ophthalmic technicians provide excellent patient care and perform many different clinical functions. They bring many years of experience and professionalism to their jobs, and can assist in identifying, diagnosing, and treating conditions of the eye.
Opticians
