Front Office Supervisor
Certified Patient Service Specialist

Cassandra serves as the supervisor of the Front Desk customer service team, and has been with the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center for more than a decade. A native to Arizona, she has proudly been working in the medical field since 2003. Cassie received her Certified Nursing Assistant certificate through Glendale Community College. She lives in Surprise with her husband and their two daughters, and enjoys family travel and activities. Cassie cherishes the holiday season - especially Christmas. You will often find signs of her championing of the holiday season decorating the office and social media pages, as the self proclaimed "Holiday Cheermeister" plans interactive and creative holiday activities and contests that engage both patients and the team.

Certified Patient Service Specialist

A native to Phoenix, Megan has worked in front office for Ophthalmology and Optometry since 2005. She is married with a son named Byron and a daughter named Addison.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and her three beloved dogs. 

Monica F.

Front Office Coordinator

Monica brings more than two decades of medical customer service experience, serving the public in their vision care, physical therapy and neurology care before joining the Arizona Eye Institute. She especially enjoys supporting and getting to know elder generation of patients whom she can learn from as she supports their health needs. Born and raised in Scottsdale, Monica lives in Surprise with her husband and two sons. The family enjoys many local sporting events and spending time together.

Adrianna D.

Front Office Coordinator  

Adrianna has focused her career on providing excellent customer service to patients. She has experience working with radiology patients, helping to support patients at a call center, and supporting our ophthalmology patients. A native of Phoenix, Adrianna is close to her family, and enjoys to go on adventures - her favorite being attending music events and concerts, local and out of state.

Mallory S.

Front Office Coordinator  

Mallory brings both a wide range of experience and deep passion for caring for individual patients and their unique needs, to the Arizona Eye Institute team. Born in Spokane, Washington, she now lives in Sun City West with her father and her American bulldog.  Mallory has experience in both ophthalmology as well as in psychiatric health care, where she connects with patients and helps with their care. She comes from a Jeep-loving family and cherishes her own vehicle. Mallory is also a skilled softball player who enjoys covering second base.

KC A.

Front Office Coordinator  

KC brings much enthusiasm for making each patient's visit the best it can be. She has experience providing customer service to patients with a variety of unique needs in different medical settings, but vision has always been her long-term goals for care. Born in Glendale, Ariz., KC currently lives in Wittmann with her boy friend and two pitbulls named King and Squirrel and a cat named Smokey.  She enjoys riding around in the desert on their Ranger with friend and family on the weekend.

Front Office Coordinator  

Hailey grew up in a family focused on medical care and customer service and it has become her passion as well. She applies her Bachelor's Degree in Business to her success in assisting patients.
