Kim brings more than 25 years of nursing experience to the Arizona Eye Institute, where she oversees the accredited surgery center and compliance to ensure superior standards for patients. Born in Chicago, she now lives in Buckeye with her husband, two children and their dog Hank. Kim earned her B.S.N. at Valparaiso University in Indiana and her M.B.A. at the University of Phoenix.

Advanced dermal injector Roxanne is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of health care experience. She has obtained unique high-level certifications including the following: Certified Aesthetic Laser Nurse, Certified Medical Laser Safety Officer, and Certified OBAGI Skin Care and Blue Peel Specialist. Roxanne also functions as the Assistant Director of our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). She is passionate about her grandkids and her family. Her hobbies include art, scuba diving, and making ugly crochet blankets for loved ones. She lives in Glendale, but loves traveling out of the country.
