Ready for the Spotlight Thanks to Eyelid Surgery

Diana Zoreily of Gilbert is ready now to launch her life goal of becoming a YouTube personal coach, following life-transforming upper and lower eyelid surgery.

The procedure, also known as blepharoplasty, gave her renewed confidence when it eliminated droopy upper eyelids and large "bags" under her eyes that she felt made her look tired and feel older.

The procedure was performed by Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center's Founder & Medical Director Emilio M. Justo, M.D., using a CO2 laser in his Sun City West accredited and state-licensed outpatient surgery center.

"I now look younger than my age, and I feel great about myself," Zoreily said. "It was worth the drive.  I did my research online to find the right surgeon for something so important to me."

"When I found Dr. Justo online, he really stood out," she added. " It made me feel confident that he was so proud of his work that he was comfortable showcasing so many videos, photos, and information that I took the time to watch. He showcased a lot more than most, and that told me he trusted his work, and his patients appreciated the results."

Zoreily said she had learned a technique using makeup to try and hide the bags under her eyes that cut deeply into her confidence, but she never quite felt comfortable enough to get her professional photos done, and begin her video life coaching until she had the bags actually eliminated.

 Dr. Justo and his team helped to get the upper eyelid procedure authorized through her insurance, she said.  "My peripheral vision was a big issue," she said. "Especially when I am tired, which I looked like all the time, even when I wasn't. It made it difficult to watch TV. That's not an issue any more."

She considers Dr. Justo like a friend now. "I love his personality, he is so personable," Zoreily said. "I am Peurto Rican and he is Cuban, so we also were able to speak in Spanish to each other. The entire team was great, I connected with everyone."

"I am really happy with the results. My eyes look bigger, more noticeable. They did a phenomenal job."
