An Important Note to Our Patients

We would like you to know that we are remaining open to take care of all of your vision and beauty needs during this time, at our regular business hours.  It is important that you know we are monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and will follow our usual OSHA guidelines for infection control.

We are closely following the Center for Disease Control's recommendations as we learn more about the Coronavirus.  We are also increasing our strong disinfection protocol and maintaining deep cleaning standards.

As always during the cold and flu season that we are now in, we ask that you reschedule any appointment if you feel ill, have experienced a fever within the last 24 hours or are concerned that you may have been exposed to someone with these symptoms. We will be asking screening questions as patients arrive.

If you are escorted to your appointment by a family member, friend or driver, we ask that your escort or family member wait in the car throughout your exam to minimize the patient numbers at the clinic at any one time.

When you check in, we will also offer you the opportunity to go back out to your car and wait for us to call you on your cell phone when we are ready to see you.

If you would like to try on eyeglasses, please ask one of our opticians to hand you the frames you are interested in, to ensure all frames are kept clean for you.

It is very important that you wash your hands regularly, and we kindly request that you use one of our hand sanitizers on the front desk counter or the wall when you arrive.

If you have any questions before you arrive for your appointment please feel free to call us at (623) 975-2020.
