ATTENTION MEDICARE PATIENTS

Is Medicare your primary insurance?  As a courtesy, we wanted to reach out and inform you that beginning this year, Medicare no longer accepts claims using your old Medicare ID numbers.

To protect your benefits coverage, please be sure to give your NEW Medicare ID number (MBI) to our team when you schedule your next appointment.

Medicare incorporated this change on Jan. 1. Please contact Medicare if you have not received a new card with your new ID number.

If you have already seen us this month and did not have the new Medicare ID to provide us, please contact us so that we can ensure you get the benefits coverage you deserve for your appointment.

This message exclusively applies to Medicare recipients. If you are unsure which ID number to use, we recommend you contact Medicare. This will apply to all of your coverage, including your vision care.
