As promised, we want to provide you a friendly reminder that as we enter the final quarter of 2017, it is an important time to schedule any medical visits, treatments or updates.  Most of us have medical and vision insurance that will renew at the end of the calendar year, causing us to lose benefits if we don't use them - for eye exams, vision care, and even eyeglasses or contact lenses that could improve your quality of life. 

It is so important to keep on top of your health, and just as important to make the most of your insurance benefits. 

Many of you may also have Flexible Spending Accounts, that allow you to set aside untaxed funds for health uses, and that also expire at the end of the year.  If you don't spend that money on your health needs, you lose it altogether.
