Golf Game After Cataracts
Golfing Again! Thanks to Laser Cataract Surgery
Edward Kraft knows how to spend a retirement the right way: traveling to the most colorful, beautiful locations in the United States - and enjoying his favorite past-time of golf with his wife.
But something was getting in the way of truly enjoying a quality retirement. His vision began to blur.
"I play a lot of golf and it got to the point that I was hitting the ball and just watching it disappear," Edward said. "I would pick it up, drop it, hit it and it would disappear. Or, I would be able to see it traveling, until it hit the ground."
Before moving to Arizona, his eye doctor confirmed that he had cataracts, which were causing his vision to become more blurry, and colors to fade.
"My out of state eye doctor recommended Dr. Emilio Justo when I told him I was moving to Sun City West," he added.
Having had his first vision surgery at the age of two, and then Lasik later on in life, Edward knew the difference top technology could make in his recovery, and most important, to his results.
"I noticed the difference right away! You don't realize the difference in colors until afterward. Now I can see vibrant colors I did not realize I was missing!"
His trips have come alive, with vibrant beauty he can now see better. And, now he can watch his ball and know exactly where it lands, without having to trek over to it first.
"I definitely can enjoy life more now."
