As you may have already heard, work has begun at Bell Road and Grand Avenue to build an overpass to alleviate future traffic. As a result, there is a hard closure on Bell Road between Dysart and Litchfield roads, as well as some possible restrictions on Grand Avenue also between Dysart and Litchfield roads.
