Our History
Dr. Emilio Justo founded the Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center more than 32 years ago. Since opening, we have proudly been among the first practices in Arizona to implement newer technologies and surgical methods to better serve our patients.
Our Facility
Our waiting rooms are warm and inviting, and you will always be greeted by our friendly staff when you arrive at our office. Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology that allow our medical staff to provide our patients with the highest level of care.
Ambulatory Surgical Center
Our outpatient surgery center is fully accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), which means that the facility is in compliance with standards that promote patient safety, quality, and value.

Our medical and administrative staff is made up of caring individuals who make our patients their top priority. By combining the experience of Dr. Justo with the professionalism of our entire team, we are able to provide outstanding care for ophthalmology, optometry, and cosmetic surgery services.

When you come into our office for the first time, you will meet and become familiar with our staff. Dr. Justo will perform a thorough evaluation and discuss your goals for treatment. He will answer any questions that you may have and carefully explain how our procedures are performed.
